The second program of the Freelancer training program series organized by ICTA Institute, Ministry of Education IT and Digital Education Division was successfully held at Matara ITDLH on 2022-11-02 with the participation of more than 100 young people of Matara district.
Additional Secretary (Information Technology and Digital Education) of the Ministry of Education Neil Gunadasa and Matara District Secretary Y. Wickramasiri also joined this program.
