Freelancer training program organized by ICTA Institute, Ministry of Education's Skill Development, Vocational Education, Research and Innovation Division targeting government officials was successfully held on 2022-10-05 at Narahenpita Nipunatha Piyasa with the participation of more than 100 government officials.
